Our product core is the sophisticated software platform with over 100,000 users in 9 languages and in over 28 countries. In an ongoing effort to grow and further extend our market presence and reach our vision of 1 million managed e-vehicles, we are launching a greenfield new product line and are looking for a senior backend heavy full-stack engineer (m/f/x) in Munich. Tasks • Shape the future of our new product by ensuring solid engineering principles and best practices you have learned over the last few years along with like minded team mates • Your voice matters: we are looking for people that take ownership of the features they build • Building up the team to an efficient development unit with the potential to include leadership responsibilities Requirements • 5+ years of professional / hands-on development experience (Specific experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus) • You are a true AI native engineer that understood the role of AI in development, while improving the quality and security of enterprise applications and not just a 'vibe coder' • Experience in an agile mode with our tech stack (see below) • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) Our tech stack • NestJS with TypeScript in BE • React with Typescript in FE (+Tailwind with Shadcn) • TanStack • Playwright • PostgreSQL • Supabase Auth • Hosting on AWS using IaC Methodologies • Domain driven design • Hexagonal architecture • Ports & adapters • You build it you run it, your tests let you sleep calmly at night Benefits We believe in transparency, so let’s start with the facts: • Trust-based working hours • 24 paid vacation days + plus option to take additional unpaid leave • Hybrid setup: 3 days per week in our Munich office • On-site onboarding in Munich fleetster DNA: • Profitable, investor-independent scale-up with fast decision-making • Plenty of room to take ownership and grow, no glass ceiling • International team / all communication in English What we offer on top: • Annual training budget for your development (Lotaro & Udemy) • Wellpass or Deutschlandticket after the probation period • Monday breakfast, Thursday Gaming Night, and regular team events • Furnished company apartments near the office We look forward to receiving your application!
