We're looking for a Marketing Working Student (m/f/d) who is excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing international startup. Tasks ⚽What You'll Do: • Support our marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns across different channels • Help create engaging content for social media, partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives • Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover opportunities and insights • Assist with presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders • Contribute ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives • Support cross-functional projects with teams across marketing, product, business development, and operations • Take ownership of smaller projects and help bring them from idea to execution Requirements 🧰What You Bring: • You are currently enrolled in a marketing related university program • You are curious, eager to learn, and excited to work in a startup environment • You are creative and enjoy thinking outside the box • You are proactive and don't wait to be told what to do • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people • You are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • You are fluent in English and German; Portuguese is a plus • You have an interest in sports, technology, marketing, and startups Most importantly: We are looking for attitude over experience.
